Browder

Richard W. Browder, MD

Dr. Browder graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1991 and then completed his nephrology and critical care training at Wake Forest University. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He lives with his wife and three boys on Sullivan’s Island.

Bradley S. Kalinsky, MD

Dr, Kalinsky graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008 and then completed his Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He lives with his wife and three children in Mt. Pleasant.

Walton S. Moseley, MD

Dr. Moseley graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1990 and then completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Nephrology. He lives with his wife and three kids in West Ashley.

Eric T. Pride, MD

Dr. Pride graduated from Ohio State University in 1996 and then completed his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at Wake Forest University. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He lives with his wife and two boys on Johns Island.

R. Blake Weathersby, MD

Dr. Weathersby is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine and nephrology training at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Weathersby joined Charleston Nephrology in 2003. Dr. Weathersby is originally from Mississippi and is an avid cyclist. He lives with his wife and three children in Mt. Pleasant.

N. Brent Hamilton, MD

Dr. Hamilton graduated from MUSC in 1999 and then completed his Internal Medicine and Nephrology residency there. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He lives with his wife and son in Charleston.

Presley F. Howlett, MD

Dr. Howlett graduated from the University of Virginia with an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and then the Medical University of SC for medical school, Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship. She is board certified in Nephrology. She lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and four children. She loves spending time with her family and 2 dogs and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.

Henry B. Ayiku, MD

Dr. Ayiku is a graduate of the University of Ghana Medical School. He completed his internal medicine residency at the St. Barnabas Hospital in New York and his nephrology training at MUSC. Dr. Ayiku joined Charleston Nephrology in 2021. He lives with his wife and three children in Mt. Pleasant.

Michael M. Samiratedu, DO (Starting September 1, 2022)

Dr. Samiratedu is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at Campbell University and fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Miami. He is originally from Georgia and enjoys hiking as well as watching soccer. He lives with his wife and rambunctious dog, Arya in Charleston.

Lori is an ANCC Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters in Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2000. She has over 20 years of Nephrology Nursing experience and has been with Charleston Nephrology since 2000.

Cory is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Master’s in Nursing from Francis Marion University in 2020. She has over 12 years of Nephrology Nursing experience and has been working with Charleston Nephrology since 2021. She lives with her husband and two children in Mount Pleasant.

Ieasha R. Seabrook, FNP

Ieasha graduated from Walden University in 2015 with a Master’s in Nursing. She is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 17 years of Nephrology Nursing experience and has been working with Charleston Nephrology since 2020.

Crystal D. Poole, PA-C

Crystal D. Poole, PA-C is a 2008 graduate of the MUSC Physician Assistant program. She serves as a preceptor to the MUSC PA students and has served as a guest lecturer at MUSC. Crystal has been a part of the Charleston nephrology team since 2008. Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and golden retriever, Baxter.

Ann is an ANCC certified family nurse practitioner. I received my Master’s in Nursing at Anderson University in Anderson, SC in 2021. I’ve been a registered nurse since 2008 overseas. I moved to the States in 2014 and started my nursing career in nephrology in 2015 (8 yrs and counting). I live with my husband and my sweet German shepherd in the low country

Elizabeth “Brook” O’Quinn, FNP

Brook is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Clemson University in 2017 and then received her Master’s in Nursing from Walden University in 2023. She has worked the past 4 years in perioperative services and ICU stepdown. She lives with her Husband, Taylor, Red Lab, Bailey and Cat, Norman on Johns Island where they enjoy boating and going to the beach.
